Lieberman ready to meet Palestinian FM 'as soon as tomorrow'

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said while visiting Sarajevo that he is willing to meet with his Palestinian counterpart, Riyad al-Maliki, "as soon as tomorrow." Lieberman travelled to Bosnia, a member of the UN Security Council, to convince its leaders against voting in favor of the Palestinians' statehood bid.

The Bosnian president promised to pass along the message to al-Maliki, who is expected to arrive in Bosnia as well on Friday to garner the nation's support. (Ronen Medzini)
