Judge Nurit Ahituv wrote in Anat Kam's verdict that "It is hard to conceive that she didn't understand her actions and their risks." Kam was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison for stealing confidential IDF documets and giving them to a Haaretz reporter.
Ahituv wrote that the systematic manner that Kam adopted indicated that she had planned her actions. "She dedicate time to planning and preparation, during which she had countless opportunities to change her mind. This is enough to show her determination." (Naama Cohen-Friedman)
