NIS 1 million stolen from Rishon LeZion supermarket
Two thieves took advantage of the fact that the local Tiv Taam market was open on Saturday, waited until Saturday night and stole the weekend intake. They're haul came to a sum of NIS 1 million ($280,000)
The two waited until only two employees and a guard were left in the store, threatened them with an axe and a gun, stole the money and fled the scene. Police have yet to arrest a suspect. (Eli Senyor)
