Arab League submits plan on Syria crisis
Qatar's foreign minister says an Arab League panel has submitted a plan to Syria to end the bloodshed from the country's 7-month-old uprising.
The Arab League committee met with a Syrian delegation in Qatar on Sunday. The panel expects a response from Damascus on Monday. (Reuters)
