Palestinian woman hurt in West Bank rock throwing incident
An 80-year-old Palestinian woman was lightly wounded in a rock throwing incident while she was taking part in an olive harvest in the village of Mihmas in the West Bank. She was evacuated to the hospital in Ramallah.
Police said that the woman went out to the olive harvest unaccompanied and was most likely wounded by settlers from nearby settlements. A police squad car arrived at the scene and an investigation has been launched into the incident. (Yair Altman and Elior Levi)
