Canada mulls UNESCO ties following vote on PA
Ottawa is said to be reconsidering how much support it gives UNESCO following the United Nations agency's decision to grant the Palestinian Authority full-member status.
Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird said he was "not happy" with the decision and was "examining options." According to the Canadian Press, Canada contributes about Cdn$10 million to UNESCO annually. (Ynetnews)
