Israeli aboard flotilla: Hope we can break Gaza blockade

A Haifa resident who is taking part in the Gaza-bound flotilla expressed hope in a letter published by the newspaper Kul al-Arab that the maritime convoy will succeed breaking the blockade on the Gaza Strip.

"I cannot describe our happiness that the trip is underway after days of anxiety," Majd Kial wrote. "I hope we can break the blockade and enter Gaza freely, or at least fight and stand up to the occupation. I hope we can use the situation to raise awareness for the blockade." (Hassan Shaalan)
