Prosecutor will investigate all sides in Libya

The prosecutor of the international war crimes tribunal said Wednesday that his office will "impartially and independently" examine allegations of crimes committed by NATO and opposition forces, as well as by pro-Gaddafi troops, during this year's fighting in Libya.

Along with alleged crimes by Gaddafi's forces, "There are allegations of crimes committed by NATO" and opposition forces, Luis Moreno Ocampo said. (AP)
