Barak meets British foreign secretary to discuss Iran

Defense Minister Ehud Barak has met with British Foreign Secretary William Hague to discuss the Iranian nuclear program, among other hot button regional issues. The two also conferred about the crisis in Syria, the strained ties between Israel and Turkey and ways to renew the peace talks with the Palestinians.

Various reports have surfaced recently over a possible Israeli attack on the Iranian nuclear facilities, while others have alleged that the UK has began preparing for its own strike on the Islamic Republic. (Attila Somfalvi)
