Cyclist collapses, dies during race around Sea of Galilee
A man in his 40s collapsed Saturday morning during a bicycle race encircling the Sea of Galilee.
A Magen David Adom paramedic team that arrived on the scene attempted to resuscitate the man, but had to pronounce his death. (Meir Buchnik)
