Banks, government offices to go on strike Monday
The Histadrut announced Sunday that local authorities, government officies and other state institutes such as the National Insurance Institute will all go on strike on Monday. Government hospitals will operate on weekend capacity and all banks will be closed.
Also taking part in the strike are higher education establishments, Egged and Dan transportation companies as well as some of the museums and theatres. Mekorot and the Israel Electric Corporation will be operating on weekend capacity. (Ynet)
