IDF chief: Rabin would not have approved defense budget cuts

IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz spoke at a ceremony to mark the 16th anniversary of the late Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's assassination. He remarked that "Rabin never underestimated the critical importance of allocating resources to the IDF in order to keep Israel safe."
