PM discusses settlement construction with Likud members

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed an initiative to retroactively legalize buildings built on Palestinian land in the West Bank during a Likud faction meeting on Monday. "We shall keep acting according to the law. The effort should be put into strengthening the communities, not clashing with the law."
Netanyahu further added, "One cannot build on someone else's private land, there is no contradiction between reinforcing settlement and maintaining the law." (Attila Somfalvi)
