Foreign worker: Oz unit inspectors attacked me

Vincenta Kavasag, a foreign worker from the Philippines claims that during an inspection of her apartment Immigration Police Oz unit inspectors acted aggressively and with violence and left her physically bruised and traumatized. She also claimed that they took her to Holon and interrogated her there.
The Immigration Authority said in response that "an initial investigation revealed that in contrast to the complainant's allegations, she was not held for questioning in Holon and the entire inspection took place at the scene. The complaint is being investigated as is customary. (Omri Efraim)
