Palestinian teen, father suspected of stealing settler's vehicle

Shai District Police on Thursday arrested a 17-year-old Palestinian and his father, on suspicion that they stole a vehicle from a resident of Givat Harel outpost.
The vehicle was reported stolen and Sunday, and was discovered in the possession of the teen. (Yair Altman)
