Vilnai: Killers of civilians won't be included in future prisoner swaps

Home Front Defense Minister Matan Vilnai said that the government is looking into changing its policies on the release of prisoners in the aftermath of the Shalit deal.

Vilnai said that the release of terrorists who have killed civilians will not be negotiated in future deals. However, prisoners who have fought against IDF troops could be included in such negotiations, he noted. (Attila Somfalvi)
