Barak slams bill that requires Supreme Court candidates to face hearing

Defense Minister Ehud Barak slammed a bill proposal that would require Supreme Court candidates to undergo a Knesset hearing, saying that "this is a most dangerous proposal" that aims to "affect the Supreme Court judges' independence."
