Judea Brigade commander visits slain rabbi's family

Judea Brigade Commander Colonel Guy Hazut visited the family of Rabbi Dan Martzbach, who was accidentally killed from IDF fire near Hebron last week. Hazut briefed the family on the initial findings in the investigation into the events that led to his death.
The lawyer representing the soldier who shot the rabbi said that he does not expect that charges will be pressed against his client. "The soldier should be praised for protecting himself and his fellow soldiers," he said. "He acted strictly according to the instructions and orders that he was given." (Yoav Zitun)
