Sarkozy approval rating rebounds

French President Nicolas Sarkozy's approval rating rebounded to a five-month high, a poll found on Sunday, the latest sign that his high-visibility role in battling the euro zone debt crisis is helping him with voters.

The survey of 1,002 people by pollster Opinionway for Metro newspaper was the latest to find Sarkozy narrowing the gap with Socialist rival Francois Hollande five months before a presidential election. (Reuters)
