French FM: stronger sanctions needed for Syria

French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe says the time has come to strengthen sanctions against Syria.
Juppe says France wants to work with the Arab League and Turkey as well as the Syrian opposition. He spoke during a joint news conference with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu in Ankara on Friday.
