Report: Syria agrees to Arab League understandings

Al Arabiya network on Friday quoted Rabat officials as saying that the Syrian Foreign Ministry has agreed to follow the document of understandings formulated by the Arab League during its meeting this week.
The document called on the Damascus regime to take steps to "immediately stop the killing." It also stipulated that League member states will offer to deploy some 500 observers to Syria, given its consent. (Roee Nahmias)
