Russia: IAEA decision not meant to censure Iran

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov expressed his satisfaction with an International Atomic Energy Agency resolution which omitted concrete punitive measures against Iran over its nuclear program.
According to Lavrov, the resolution was not meant to censure Iran, but rather "promote dialogue" with the Islamic Republic and "ease tensions." (AFP)
