Settlers, Palestinians clash in Hebron; 2 arrested

The police arrested a Jerusalem teen and a Palestinian who were involved in clashes between settlers and Palestinians in Hebron.

The violence took place near a store owned by the family of Hani Rasmi Jaber, who stabbed and killed the IDF soldier Erez Shmuel in 1993. Jaber was released as part of the Shalit prisoner swap deal. According to the settlers, the clashes broke out when a Palestinian attacked a Jewish teen. (Yair Altman)
