Egypt's Military Council apologizes for protestor deaths

Egypt's ruling Military Council has apologized for the deaths of the protestors in this week's clashes with security forces in Cairo and other cities throughout Egypt. Moreover, it has made a commitment to investigate their deaths at the earliest opportunity.
"The Council expresses its deepest regrets and apologies over the deaths of the fallen among our loyal people during the recent events. We send our condolences to the victims' families," the statement said. (Roee Nahmias)
