No trial for Usafia youths suspected of starting Carmel fire

The Haifa District Prosecutor's Office has decided to close the case against the two youths from the village of Usafia who were suspected of negligent arson over the Carmel fire disaster. They will not be tried.
The prosecution said that the fire investigation has revealed that the boys did not deliberately start the fire and explained that the suspects' part in causing the fire and its consequences was not determinable. (Ahiya Raved)
