Fayyad to int'l community: Pressure Israel to transfer funds to PA
Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad on Saturday urged the international community to mount pressure on Israel to release the tax revenues which it froze following the Palestinians' accession into UNESCO.
Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al Maliki said that delaying the transfer of the funds violates international law and the agreement signed between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. (Elior Levy)
