PM: I'll oppose bill that harms independence of Israel's court system

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he will oppose a bill aimed to limit leftist groups and associations from appealing to the High Court of Justice.

The bill, initiated by MK Yariv Levin and MK Danny Danon is scheduled to be discussed at the Ministerial legislation committee on Sunday. "I will oppose any law that would undermine the independence of Israel's court system," Netanyahu said. (Moran Azulay)
