Tzanani's accomplice in the case, Michael Hazan, was also convicted as part of a plea bargain and will serve a 10 months prison sentence.

According to the indictment, Tzanani conspired with Hazan and a third person to blackmail her talent agent, Assaf Atedgi. Tzanani allegedly enlisted the senior crime bosses to aid her in return for helping them gain a foothold in the entertainment industry.

Facing the court, a somber Tzanani answered "Guilty," when asked to enter her plea. She refused to answer the media's questions.

Tzanani is expected to receive a sentence of community service.
