Tzeelim misfire probe: Crew operated according to protocol
According to the probe into Wednesday's misfire during a brigade-level Reserves exercise held in the IDF's Tzeelim Base, it was found that the IDF artillery crew operated according to the set protocol.
The initial investigation concluded that the soldiers located the failure but the proceeded to reroute and renew their firing without proper security instructions. (Yoav Zitun)
