Sarkozy: Paris, Berlin to push for treaty changes
French President Nicolas Sarkozy says he and the German chancellor will push for European treaty changes to "rethink the organization of Europe" in order to protect the euro.
Sarkozy said in a speech on Thursday that he and Angela Merkel would unveil proposals at a meeting on Monday in Paris. (AP)
