Georgian FM accepts invitation to visit Israel
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman has invited his Georgian counterpart, Grigol Vashadze to visit Israel. The latter accepted the invitation and is expected to arrive in the Jewish state within two weeks.
The trip intends to rekindle the ties and cooperation between the two nations. Earlier, Georgia pardoned two Israeli businessman who were arrested for a suspected attempt to bribe the local finance minister. They are expected to return to Israel on Friday afternoon. (Attila Somfalvi)
