Iranian FM to meet German counterpart
Iranian Foreign Minister AliAkbar Salehi, who will attend the International Conference on Afghanistan in Bonn Monday, will meet with his German counterpart Guido Westerwelle, sources close to the German Ministry said.
During a joint press conference with UN Secretary General Ban Ki moon Sunday afternoon, Westerwelle said there were "disturbing developments" in Iran, but stressed that "it is important we stay in contact with Iran." (AFP)
