Hamas: We won't abandon Syria
Hamas has denied reports according to which Hamas operatives and their families have secretly left Damascus for Arab countries and the Gaza Strip due to Assad's weakening hold on Syria.
Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said that the "group was in Syria and continues its routine work following up on Palestinian issues without any change." (Elior Levi)
