Clinton calls Russian election unfair
US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is criticizing Russia for a parliamentary election she says was rigged. She is also issuing a new warning to the Islamist winners of elections in Egypt to respect human and women's rights and adhere to democratic rules.
Clinton says the gains by Islamist parties in Egyptian parliamentary elections must not set back that country's push toward democracy after the fall of autocrat Hosni Mubarak this year. (AP)
