ABC Network to air interview with Assad on Wednesday

ABC Network announced it will air an interview with Syrian President Bashar Assad on Wednesday.
This is the first time Assad is interviewed by an American network since the uprisings in Syria began. According to reports, journalist Barbara Walters conducted the interview. (AFP)
