Attorney Harel Locker has been appointed as the new director-general of the Prime Minister's Office.
Locker, a Georgetown University graduate, is the brother of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's military secretary, Major-General Yohanan Locker. (Attila Somfalvi)
