Sudan appoints new cabinet, keeps most ministers

Sudan unveiled a new cabinet on Wednesday, including a number of opposition parties but keeping key portfolios under the control of President Omar al-Bashir's ruling National Congress Party (NCP).
The NCP would maintain portfolios including finance, oil, foreign affairs, defence and the interior, Sudan's presidential assistant Nafie Ali Nafie told reporters. (Reuters)
