Peres calls to congratulate Israeli Nobel Prize winner
President Shimon Peres called Israeli Professor Dan Shechtman, winner of 2011 Nobel Prize for Chemistry, to congratulate him on his acheivment. "The entire State of Israel is infatuated and excited. I wish to praise you for your life's work which has reached its pinnacle," said Peres.
