Yishai: Israel can't become asylum for African refugees
Interior Minister Eli Yishai said prior to a government meeting on the prevention of illegal immigration that "Israel cannot turn into an asylum" for African migrants. "They say that I'm a racist, but it's time to remove them," he said, referring to the illegal refugees.
Addressing the escalating rocket fire from Gaza, Yishai warned that "we will be required to launch an extensive strike if the situation persists. I hope it doesn't come to that." (Attila Somfalvi)
