The Head of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Knesset Member Shaul Mofaz opened Wednesday's committee meeting with a condemnation of Tuesday's violence against IDF soldiers: "I want to send a message to our troops – we are on your side, we will defend you, we will make sure that those who take steps to hurt you – will be arrested, tried and punished."
Mofaz added: "I call on the prime minister, the time for denouncements is over. Now it's time for action. Put an end to this sub-criminal and terrorist activity." (Moran Azulay)
