Abbas: Peace talks to improve Israel's ties with Arab states

PA President Mahmoud Abbas said that the renewal of the peace process between the Palestinians and Israel is the key to good ties in the Middle East. He noted that the resumption of the negotiations, as per the Quartet's Road Map proposal, will improve Israel's relations with Arab nations.
