Putin: US Special Forces involved in Gaddafi's death

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin accused the US Special Forces on Thursday of involvement in the death of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, who was killed shortly after his capture. The circumstances surrounding the death remain unclear.

Putin claimed that American drones were among those that attacked the convoy carrying the deposed leader, before opposition troops killed Gaddafi without trial or an investigation. (AFP)
