The prosecution has filed an indictment with the Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court against Ephraim Khantsis, a 23-year-old Jerusalem resident who was arrested Thursday morning while spray-painting slogans on a military post at the Tapuach Crossing.
According to the indictment, Khantsis yelled "Go away terrorists" at the soldiers who apprehended him. He was released on bail, and has been ordered to stay away from the West Bank for 45 days. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
