Attorney general expected to oppose outpost legalization bill

Senior legal officials estimated that Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein will oppose the law proposal that aims to legalize West Bank outposts.

As per the proposal, if a West Bank landowner does not petition the court to remove an outpost within four years of its construction, he will forfeit his right to do so. The bill is to be discussed by the Ministerial Committee for Legislative Affairs on Sunday. (Aviad Glickman)
