Police say a man working as a hospital security guard has been arrested as the 96th suspect in a 2009 massacre in the southern Philippines that left at least 57 people dead and became the country's worst political killing.
Police said Friday that they were tipped off to Sahid Guiamadel's identity by his brother, who is seeking a reward offered by authorities for the capture of any of the more than 100 suspects still at large. (AP)
