The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court rejected a damages claim filed by the family of a Jenin taxi driver who was killed in Operation Defensive Shield in 2002. The judge ruled that "even if the soldiers had erred in judgment, there was no negligence." (Aviad Glickman)
