National Infrastructures Ministry instigates name change

The Ministry of National Infrastructures announced Sunday that it will be changing its name to the Energy and Water Ministry.
The change is meant to "better reflect the ministry's authority and responsibilities," a ministry statement said. (Billie Frankel)
