Knesset committee approves 'Anat Kam bill'

The Knesset's Constitution, Law and Justice Committee approved the "Anat Kam bill" initiated by MK Otniel Schneller. It will now be eligible for first reading.
The proposal aims to add to the Penal Law, a clause for possession and disclosure of secret information with no intent to harm state security. This will carry a punishment of up to 10 years in prison. (Moran Azulay)
