Ex-IDF official: Netanyahu okayed Golan Heights withdrawal

Maj.-Gen. (res.) Uri Sagi said Monday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had once agreed to a withdrawal from the Golan Heights. "If this leaks, his spokesman will deny it, but he agreed," Sagi said.
The ex-IDF man was referring to an Israeli plan for withdrawal presented to the US in a meeting in former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's bureau. (Boaz Fyler)
