Palestinians appeal against IDF orders

Residents of the Palestinian village of Burka in the West Bank have filed an appeal with the High Court of Justice demanding that it instruct the IDF to annul directives that prevent them from returning to their lands.
The Homesh settlement, which was evacuated six years ago, was built on the residents' lands. (Aviad Glickman)
